By Boluwatife Ezekiel Olaleye
Fresh revelations have it that Nigerian
Police helping Billionaire kidnapper Chukwudumeje George Onwuamadike a.k.a.
Evans have finally been exposed.
However, the alarming issue is that the
police officers involved had actually committed this offence 12 years
ago-2006... how intriguing! And the main offender being identified is a
policewoman simply known as Tina.
Dynamic Minds seeks to enlighten youths from
this recent revelation- The truth will always catch up to you one day whether
you like it or not.
It feels sad when you hear that a man lost his properties, saw his
children and his wife killed-everything he had worked hard all his life to get
go down the drain because he lived a wayward and rugged life, lived as a
cultists while in school.
Some don’t even get to be breadwinners before
they are made to pay for their sins, some pay for it during the process of
introduction or during the wedding-when their parents must be filling fulfilled
and hoping to reap from the fruits of their labour, some are made to lose their
manhood or virginity, some lose their loved ones, some are brutalized to death
during their final year graduation and many more unfortunate happenings all
because they had done similar things, even worse things in the worst way to
people during their youth.
It is like they say, “vengeance is a dish
best served cold”.
Yours might not be in the line of killing,
probably duping, stealing, snatching of peoples’ partners, whatever, you know
and you have to stop before it is too late because nemesis will always catch up
with you.
Tina, who is now a Chief Superintendent of Police was unmasked by a
Special Investigation Panel (SIP) constituted by Nigeria’s Inspector General of
Police (IGP) Ibrahim Idris to probe Evans’ 2006 arrest, transfer from Lagos
State to Imo State and eventual release.
After the suspect’s arrest last month, a
senior police officer told reporters that his team apprehended Evans in 2006
after a bank robbery.
The officer had claimed that Evans and his
gang members had a gun duel at the National Theatre in Surulere, Lagos Mainland
after a disagreement in sharing their loot, adding that the kingpin was shot
and left to die.
According to the officer, Tina, who was a
Superintendent of Police (SP) at the time, mounted pressure on them to release
Evans and two of his members but when her request was not met, she went through
Imo State Command, where a signal was sent for the transfer of the suspects.
Now, she has been exposed and who knows what
the future is like for her.
As a youth, the future is still bright but
what you do now will actually decide how your future will be when you get to
it.
Behave to people you want them to behave to
you, either now or in the future.
